On a day that started overcast, damp and windy, the Recreation Ground at Great Baddow soon filled up with runners eagerly waiting the time to get going and try to win a trophy, or at least beat their own previous best time. The atmosphere on the ground and around the courses was again fantastic and although it remained windy everybody had an enjoyable time. On site again was Sussex Sport Photography taking more pictures than most of us would dream of.
