	The preparations for Sunday 20th May 2012 - Race Day- are now finished.
	The 10 mile Road Race will also incorporate the Essex 10 Mile Championship.

	On line entries are now closed, but we will continue to take entries on the day up until 1045. Such entries in the 10 mile run will not qualify for trophies or team prizes, nor for the Essex Championship.

	We are continually adding information to this site. New pages are added from time to time, as they are completed.

We still have available the times and finish positions for the 10 Mile Road Races in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Access to pictures of the Races in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011 is also available on, or through, this site.
